We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales to drive our commercial strategy, expand market share, and lead our sales organisation to the next level of growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the sales strategy for protective coatings across North America, aligned with overall business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Build, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, customer focus, and results.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to drive revenue growth in protective coatings.
  • Key Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with major accounts, contractors, distributors, and OEMs.
  • Forecasting & Performance: Lead sales planning, pipeline management, and forecasting to ensure delivery of revenue targets.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Management, R&D, and Marketing to align customer needs with innovative solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive activity, industry trends, and regulatory changes to adjust commercial strategies accordingly.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally in coatings, chemicals, or industrial materials.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of protective and industrial coatings markets (infrastructure, energy, marine, OEM, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on commercial execution ability.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
