We are supporting a global manufacturing group in the search for a Vice President of Engineering to lead a large, multi-site technical organization through its next phase of growth and transformation.
The incoming leader will oversee diverse engineering disciplines, drive innovation, strengthen standardization, and elevate overall technical performance across the U.S. operations.
We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on engineering executive who combines strong leadership with a track record of delivering complex, high-value technical programs within a manufacturing environment.
