We are now looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the textile chemical industry, focusing on car care products.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and establish new business relationships with key target companies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Contract Filler Engagement: Establish and extend contact with contract fillers, facilitating smooth operations and partnerships.
  • Market Expansion: Define and explore new business areas to drive growth and profitability.
  • Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competition to inform business strategy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Managing Director and other team members to align sales activities with overall business objectives.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Industry Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a sales role within the textile chemical industry, with a strong focus on car care and aftercare products.
  • Technical Knowledge: Expertise in silicone chemistry is essential. A background in construction chemicals is desirable.
  • Educational Background: Degree level preferred, with a minimum of HNC in a relevant field.
  • Professional Skills:
  • Excellent networking and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Exceptional analytical skills in interpreting market data and sales performance.
