Sales Manager – Adhesives | Paris, France
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead growth in our adhesives business, based in Paris. This is a highly entrepreneurial and hunter-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on building new business, opening doors, and driving market share expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and win new customers across France with a focus on adhesives solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive top-line growth and new account acquisition.
- Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to shape the go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, marketing) to deliver tailored solutions and value to clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed ambitious sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record of new business development/hunter sales, ideally in adhesives, chemicals, or related B2B industrial markets.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of sales experience with strong exposure to solution selling.
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-starter mindset, motivated by targets and growth opportunities.
- Fluent French and strong English skills required.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Paris.
