Role Overview

As part of their continued growth, we are seeking a Data Center Sales Manager for France to lead efforts in expanding the company’s footprint within the fast-growing data center sector. Collaborating with a talented team and channel partners, you will focus on delivering exceptional value to customers while surpassing sales targets nationwide.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Business Growth: Identify opportunities and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for data center applications.
  • Build Relationships: Forge strong connections with end users, contractors, distributors, and integrators, positioning the company as their preferred partner.
  • Create Market Presence: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to effectively position the company’s solutions in the French market.
  • Strategise and Execute: Develop a territory plan, refine sales tactics, and adapt strategies based on field insights to achieve optimal results.
  • Be a Market Expert: Stay informed about industry trends, leveraging insights to enhance the company’s presence in the data center space.


What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (a technical background is a plus).
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven success in sales within the IT, telecommunications, or cabling industry.
  • A strong understanding of market trends and emerging technologies in the data center sector.
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in French and English, with the flexibility to travel frequently.
