About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager with a focus on the coatings market. This role is critical to expanding our market presence, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the coatings industry, demonstrate the ability to identify and seize new business opportunities, and provide key insights into market trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the coatings market.
  • Establish, nurture, and manage strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and key contact.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and potential clients.
  • Partner with distributors and channel partners to ensure effective representation and growth within the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product development, marketing, and technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product delivery.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience within the coatings or specialty chemicals industry is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a regional sales territory and achieve revenue goals.
  • Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with key customers and channel partners.
  • Strong business acumen and mechanical aptitude to effectively understand and communicate technical product solutions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
