This candidate can be based anywhere in Germany but the Northern region considers projects in
- Schleswig Holstein
- Lower Saxony
- Mecklenburg Vorpommern
Job Description:
- Identify potential sites for PV, wind, or large-scale battery storage projects, considering technical, legal, environmental, and economic factors.
- Coordinate and manage approval procedures and regulatory processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop project concepts and technical specifications.
- Conduct financial analyses in partnership with the project finance team.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, grid operators, communities, and landowners.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competition, and regulatory developments in the renewable energy sector.
Requirements
- You have completed an apprenticeship or degree.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in project development for PV, wind, or energy storage systems.
- You have experience in approval procedures and communication with authorities and other stakeholders.
- You are fluent in German and English, other languages are an advantage
