The Role

As a senior member of the team (Lead / Principal / Managing Consultant) it will be your responsibility to attract and retain new clients and candidates for the business, in your allocated sector in order to build and develop your desk into your own thriving business.

Upon starting your role at MBI you will be part of a 2-week thorough onboarding process whereby you will be trained to become an industry-leading recruitment partner. We will educate and mentor you to develop new lasting relationships with key players in your market.

You will receive support from our dedicated L&D team who will guide you through onboarding, training, and your personal development.

Responsibilities

  • Generating new leads and pipeline.
  • Support and coaching the wider sales team
  • Build key relationships in your market and identify key contacts within the industry.
  • Be an industry expert within your market.
  • Developing your personal brand across our platforms.
  • Interviewing candidates, pitching to new clients, and maintaining client relationships.

About You:

  • We are looking for highly motivated, ambitious, and entrepreneurial people to join us in our Leeds office.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a 360-recruitment position.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to confidently speak with candidates and clients.
  • Self-driven, and motivated to work autonomously to build your own pipeline.
  • You enjoy working in a results-orientated environment.
