This candidate can be based anywhere in Germany but the Northern region considers projects in

  • Schleswig Holstein
  • Lower Saxony
  • Mecklenburg Vorpommern

Job Description:

  • You are responsible for identifying suitable locations for photovoltaic, wind, and hybrid projects. You will work closely with our GIS team.
  • You will recognise initial planning risks and limitations, e.g. based on planning law and possible environmental impacts.
  • You are the first point of contact for landowners and representatives of public institutions (e.g. municipalities) and conduct lease negotiations.
  • You will be responsible for concluding permit agreements for wind farms and photovoltaic open spaces, for potentials already identified internally, or for your project approaches.
  • You will assist in securing necessary infrastructure land during project development.

Requirements:

  • You have completed an apprenticeship or degree
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in land acquisition, ideally for photovoltaic, wind, and hybrid projects. If you have experience in the agricultural sector (e.g. selling agricultural products, etc.), that is also interesting.
  • You have a very good knowledge of municipal decision-making processes.
  • You have experience in project management and are a talented organiser.
  • You work in a customer- and goal-oriented manner and have strong communication and assertiveness skills.
  • You not only feel comfortable in the office but are particularly at home in the field and have a class B driving license
  • You are fluent in German and have good English skills.
