Account Manager (Beverage Equipment Sales) | Midwest, USA


Location: Midwest USA – From Minnesota to Texas (Preferably based near a major airport)


Work Style: Hybrid or Remote (Flexibility for the right candidate)


An established global player in beverage packaging equipment is looking to add a technically savvy Account Manager to lead direct sales efforts across a key U.S. territory. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven sales role—not just hunting, but growing and nurturing existing customer accounts.


You’ll be responsible for managing a territory valued between $15–25 million, working with an existing portfolio of clients that includes major bottlers (Coca-Cola, Pepsi, and others), while partnering closely with internal proposal teams to provide full turnkey solutions—from blowmolding through to palletizing.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading and executing the sales strategy for your Midwest territory
  • Managing ~50 key accounts, focusing on long-term relationship development
  • Understanding customer needs to deliver proactive, consultative solutions
  • Acting as the face of the company throughout the full sales cycle
  • Coordinating closely with technical teams on tailored proposals
  • Supporting a seamless handover to service and aftersales post-commissioning
  • Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates (Salesforce)
  • Offering real-time market and competitor insight


Ideal Profile:

  • 5–10 years’ experience in capital equipment sales—ideally in FMCG or packaging machinery
  • Strong technical understanding of complete line solutions
  • Background in blowmolding, filling, palletizing, turnkey systems or any packaging equipment.
  • Confident, commercial, and customer-focused
  • Able to travel up to 50% domestically—passport required
