The Role
It is essential in this position to have excellent written and verbal communication skills to partner with stakeholders and lead globally distributed engineering teams across multiple disciplines.
As Director of Engineering, it is expected that you would lead design and map bleeding edge digital solutions while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Requirements\Qualifications
- 8+ Years of experience in the Financial Services sector
- Proven experience in leading large cross-functional teams
- Superb communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software solutions within budget, and to a clearly defined deadline
- Solid technical background preferably within financial platforms
