The client
Our client is a US based, MedTech manufacturer & supplier of Medical Devices in the field of Cardiology, they are expanding outside of the USA. Their technology is a combination of Capital Equipment & Consumables to treat Cardiac Arrhythmias.
The Role:
Working closely with the European Capital Sales Manager, this role is dedicated to driving and sustaining long-term recurring revenue through sales efforts across Germany & Benelux. It involves ensuring ongoing sales of consumable products and fostering strong, lasting customer relationships. A key priority is maximising patient cases while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Through expert technical guidance and case support, the Clinical Sales Representative will provide accurate clinical support and engage the appropriate technical team when needed to optimise medical procedure outcomes.
The position requires extensive travel throughout the region (ability to travel up to 80%).
- Builds and expands customer relationships, collaborating with the supervisor to attract new clients.
- Conducts product demos and training sessions for customers.
- Responds to customer inquiries and technical issues to enhance product performance and strengthen internal and external relationships.
- Monitors consumables’ usage and condition at customer sites to ensure sales continuity.
- Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Tracks and reports sales performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Provides case coverage with basic clinical and technical support.
- Works with the supervisor to develop strategies that boost customer satisfaction and retention.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years experience in the Medical Device industry, with proven sales results. A hunter mentality.
- Experience selling disruptive technology preferred.
- Experience in Cardiology, preference to Electrophysiology, Heart Failure, or Interventional Cardiology.
- Willingness to provide case coverage/clinical support.
- Must speak fluent German & English.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% & a valid driver's license.
