The Role
This position is responsible for the effective management of 2 bacteria plants. The role would oversee teams and operations to meet the operational objectives, in line with operational budgets and strategic corporate alignments of the business unit. He/She ensures compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), current regulations regarding Good Manufacturing Practices, product licenses, corporate policies, and safety practices.
Requirements\Qualifications
- Experience in bacteria manufacturing/production is a must.
- Technical and regulatory knowledge of manufacturing and packaging processes.
- Manufacturing leadership experience.
- Technical knowledge of fermentation processes is an asset.
- Experience working in a multi-site company, is an asset.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
