We are partnering with our client, a global leader in sustainable energy solutions, to hire an Account Manager – Services & Projects based in the Netherlands.

Location

Rotterdam or Eindhoven - Hybrid Role

The Role

You will be responsible for managing and developing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction through operational excellence, strategic advice, and proactive communication.

Requirements/Qualifications – Preferred NOT Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Commercial Economics, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management or customer-focused roles, preferably in e-mobility or related sectors.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel across the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture customer relationships.
  • Provide strategic advice and develop service agreements.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement solutions for improvement.
  • Generate reports and deliver insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Facilitate communication through regular client meetings.
