Mackinnon Bruce International are partnered with a repeat client that is focused on offering a SaaS agronomic intelligence platform that transforms data into standardised, actionable insights. They help ag input and food & beverage companies accelerate innovation, sustainability and regenerative agriculture.


We are looking and an experienced Account Executive with SaaS experience working at the Enterprise level.

Location: Remote with travel (US)


The Role:

You will be responsible for leading the North American market coverage. This priority role will drive new business and expansion with ag input and food & beverage companies. We’re looking for an autonomous, energetic, results-driven seller with a proven track record in SaaS/DaaS sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify and secure new accounts across ag input, F&B and sustainability-driven organisations
  • Manage full-cycle enterprise sales: discovery, value articulation, pilots/POCs, contracting and onboarding
  • Expand accounts through upsell opportunities and solution adoption (AI agents, predictive models, reporting automation)
  • Build and manage an accurate pipeline and sales forecast


Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years selling SaaS/DaaS or data-driven B2B solutions with multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Territory: Must be US-based, covering North America (focus: US + Canada)
  • Autonomy: Proven ability to manage pipeline, prospect and close deals independently without heavy oversight
  • Hunter mindset: Track record of winning new logos, leading pilots/POCs and converting to long-term contracts
  • Customer focus: Skilled at engaging both technical and business stakeholders (C-suite, R&D, sustainability, agronomy)


Compensation range of $110,000 USD-$130,000 USD + commission
